THE WATER AGREEMENT, THE REAL TRUTH.........

Non of You lot seems to know whats the Water Agreements with the Federal Government is all about. 

So now I have to tell, its a RM 19.5 BILLIONS RIPPED OFF.Even my friend Johari Ismail just wrote cost 7.5 billion. cash in hand 3 billion = deficit 4.5 billions.....

SO U Lot know NUTS...YES 19.5 BILLIONS RIPPED OFF....Not too long ago everybody in K.L. & Selangor was paying their water bill to Bekalan Air Selangor. 

Who & WHAT IS Bekalan Air Selangor. Bekalan Air Selangor previously was known as Malaya Utilities Board, or Malaya Waterworks, DOESN'T this ring A BELL.!!..

Yes during British Colonial TIMES..During those times they wanted to provide water to all, yes i think they succeeded..When they the British were in control there were ample LAND. 

 

Even they used only 5,000 sq ft, they may fence up say 2 acres, land were aplenty those days. 

Later they may build shacks to store their goods & even allowed their workers to stay...those days the compound were so big that people went to play volleyball inside, those were in the 60s.

What I am not sure is their properties outside K.L & Selangor, they told me it was leased to their respective State governments...now its 57years after independence...then the properties must also Revert back to Bekalan Air Selangor. 

Previously the four Companies only manage the assets that including the land. 

By this AGREEMENT the land & properties wil be ceeded to them total. This is why PKR & DAP is Jumping up & down. 


The last Valuation of all the PROPERTIES IS RM 19.5 BILLIONS....SHOCKING !
